How to Learn the World Map
Trying to memorise 195 countries in one go is overwhelming. The trick is to break the world into continents and learn one at a time: start with the region you know best, lock in its coastline and biggest countries, then fill in the interior by working outward from the borders you already know.
Coastlines and large neighbours are your anchors. Once you can place Brazil, you can find its ten neighbours by elimination; once you know the outline of Africa, the interior countries slot into place.
