How to Play the Pakistan Cities Quiz
- Pick a level: Easy has the big cities, Difficult the district towns, So Difficult the small towns, valleys and border posts.
- A city is named. Click the province or territory it belongs to.
- The right province lights up after every answer, and the list below has every city by province.
Why the cities are hard
Many towns sit close to a provincial border. Dera Ghazi Khan, Rahim Yar Khan and Attock are at the edges of Punjab; Jacobabad and Kashmore are on the edge of Sindh; Hub is right next to Karachi but in Balochistan. Murree and Taxila are in Punjab even though they are close to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Islamabad.
The quiz counts the province or territory a city is in today, after the tribal areas joined Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in 2018.

Is Rawalpindi in Islamabad?
No. Rawalpindi is in Punjab; Islamabad Capital Territory is a separate federal territory right next to it.
